What we do
DateScout helps you choose the right dating app and city scene for who you are and what you want. We've tested every major app with real profiles, in real cities, across multiple demographics — then we tell you what we found, without hedging.
How we test
We create accounts on every app and run them for at least 30 days in at least 3 different cities. We track match rates, message quality, time-to-first-date, paywalls hit, and safety incidents. Then we cross-reference with publicly-available research and user reports.
How we make money
Some links on this site are affiliate links — if you sign up for a paid plan through them, we may earn a commission. That revenue keeps the site running. It never influences our rankings: every app is tested the same way, and the order is based on our data, not on payouts.
